Specialist Notes:


We can update information for users with traditional logins, including their name and email. However, there are a few exceptions.

IMPORTANT!


If a user wishes to update their supervisor, location, agency, or position, kindly refer them to their RTC.


Although we can update emails, we should not update the emails for users that have Vendor Trainer listed as their position. These users will need to reach out to OUCCAS, as adjusting their email affects Zoom access.

           

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


1. Verify the user’s account to ensure that they use traditional logins to access CAPS LMS. 


2. If the request is for an email change, verify whether the requestor is a Vendor Trainer before processing, and direct the user accordingly.


3. If the requestor just needs a name or email change (except for Vendor Trainers for email changes), kindly use the SR below and process their request.
