Some users may contact us asking how to receive their adoption assessor credentials after receiving all of their certificates. The SR would provide them with the information they need to start the process.

Beginning March 1, 2026, assessors will be able to obtain a certificate for completion of the Assessor Series curriculum that can be provided to their agency/court, along with any certificates of completion for other ongoing trainings, for verification on the DCY 01680. 

The completed and signed DCY 01680 is proof of your active assessor status. Your agency/court will enter the information into Ohio SACWIS for listing on the Assessor Registry.
