The Adult, Child, Baby First Aid/CPR/AED for Licensed Caregivers course is presented by an outside vendor. A list of registrants is provided to the vendor weekly and enrolled as a cohort. Once the vendor receives the learner names, it may take up to 3 business days for the vendor to send the course links to the learners, and then the learners are provided 2 weeks to complete the course. At the end of that time frame, the vendor reviews the cohort names for those who completed the course, submits a list of names/statuses, and each learner who completed the course is then marked as such in CAPS LMS.

If users have not been marked complete, it is likely they did not complete the training within the 2-week timeframe. As the training is managed externally, users should reach out to their Regional Training Center for assistance.
