Although there is a register button on the login page, some SSO accounts are created via a feed from Ohio SACWIS which runs from Sunday to Thursday. Typically, new accounts are created the next day after the user receives an approval notification email. If the user receives a notification email on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, they will have to wait until Sunday for their account to be created.
