We do not reset passwords for SSO users. They should contact the Customer Care Center for ticket requests related to Ohio SACWIS.

To log into your CAPS LMS account using Single Sign-On, kindly navigate to https://ohid.ohio.gov. Please log in with your OH ID. 

If you are experiencing log in issues, please utilize "Forgot your OHID username or password?" and/or "Can't get your PIN for 2-step verification?". 

If you are unable to resolve your log in issue using the self-service service options, please reach out to the DCY Customer Care Center (https://ohdcy.my.site.com/CustomerCareCenter) via live chat for assistance and/or submit a ticket. 

If you are successful at logging into OHID.Ohio.gov, you will see the CAPS LMS tile under My Apps that you can click to access CAPS LMS.
