Kindly note that we are No longer permitted to manually mark courses as complete. If a user is experiencing difficulties moving a course completion, please troubleshoot the issue by adjusting their browser settings and clearing cache. Should the issue persist, please proceed with escalating with proof of completion.

We can escalate your course completion issue to the administrators for additional assistance. For the request, would you please provide us with a screenshot of either a passing assessment score or the course completion slide?
