Most Events and Sessions are visible to all users. On Sessions, seats are reserved for the target audience, so the target audience will be automatically registered. Those not part of the target audience will be placed on a waitlist that is managed by the RTC.

Some ILT Events and Sessions require Prerequisites to be completed first. Users can raise exception requests from the prerequisites. When the exception request is approved by the RTC, the user may need to click the Register button on their transcript to be added to the roster. There is a reminder email to inform the user of these steps.
