Upon completion of a VILT or ILT, the user's status will change to 'Pending Evaluation'. Users will have 7 days to complete the evaluation and will receive reminder notifications during this period.
If they miss the evaluation period, the course will move to completion automatically 10 days after the course has been completed.
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? If the user expresses issues with accessing a course evaluation, firstly, check the status of the course in question. In some cases, an evaluation is not needed, and the course will move to completion on its own. If it is a Pending Evaluation, kindly send the SR. |

Your training is currently Pending Evaluation. To receive your completion mark, you will have to complete the designated evaluation within 7 days of attending your Event.
If you miss the evaluation period, the course will automatically move to completion 10 days after the course has been completed.
