After multiple failed login attempts, a user's account will lock for an hour. We have been given permission to bypass this by unlocking the user's account. This can be done by looking up the user's account and clicking on the downward arrow to the right of the user's name. If the account is locked, the option to unlock it will appear. If the option is not available, this indicates the user's account is not locked.
