Should a user encounter an error when launching a Zoom meeting through CAPS LMS, check to see if they have an email associated with their CAPS LMS profile. If they do not, provide them with the below SR.

Thank you for waiting. We have determined that the issue you are experiencing with Zoom meetings stems from no email address being listed on your CAPS LMS account. To remedy this, you can contact your Regional Training Center for support.
