Specialist Notes:


In some instances, a former ODJFS employee may contact us requesting access to their completed certificates in CAPS LMS. As they are no longer employed, they likely will not have access to their account. As each case is nuanced, the CAPS LMS admins have requested we escalate these requests to them.


Standard Response:


As you no longer have access to your CAPS LMS account, I will need to escalate your request to the CAPS LMS administrators for further assistance with retrieving your certificates/transcript. One moment, and I will provide you with a ticket number associated with your request.
